Samrat started his career with Rocket Internet in India and quickly moved onto other geographies. As MD for Daraz in Bangladesh and Head of Marketplace for Jumia in Nigeria, he helped setup the businesses from scratch. With Jumia he also led key marketplace projects including J-force in Egypt, Kenya and Morocco.

Post his stint with Rocket Internet, he spent time in Indonesia with Tokopedia leading their payment’s business and then with Shopee in Singapore helping them setup Shopee Mall.
Samrat has also held leadership positions with Publicis Groupe and more recently with Pattern Inc. and GMG in Dubai leading multi million dollar P&Ls and expansion strategies across MENAT & SEA

Arshad started his career as a programmer analyst with Cognizant India where he was building applications for pharmacy companies.

Post his Jumia stint, Arshad has led end to end logistics solutions for Noon in Saudi Arabia, UAE and Egypt across various functions including Noon Express, Noon Grocery and Now Now.
He has also held logistics leadership roles with GMG.

Before he decided to go back to coding, Dilip has led key venture development initiatives for Times Internet’s venture incubation platform in India working across hyper local, and marketplace business operations.
